fa میزان رضایت دانشجویان هوشبری و اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود از رشته تحصیلی و دیدگاه آن‌ها در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی Satisfaction of Anesthesia and Operating Room Students at Shahroud University of Medical Sciences with Their Field of Study and Their Perspectives on Academic Discipline and Future Career عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: توجه به چگونگی تربیت نیروی انسانی جهت اداره و انجام خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. بدین منظور، داشتن اطلاعات در مورد وضع موجود و نگرش دانشجویان ضروری است. هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان رضایت دانشجویان هوشبری و اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود از رشته تحصیلی و دیدگاه آن‌ها در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی به روش سرشماری بر روی 114 نفر از دانشجویان هوشبری و اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود در سال 1402 انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه هادوی و همکاران استفاده شد که داده‌ها بعد از جمع‌آوری وارد SPSS نسخه 18 شده و با کمک آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شد (0/001>P). یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه نتایج نشان داد میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان 2/74±21/73 سال بود و بین جنسیت (0/001=P)، وضعیت تأهل (0/001=P) و سابقه انصراف از تحصیل (0/001=P) رابطه معناداری با رضایت از رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی وجود داشت. میانگین نمره سنجش رضایت از رشته تحصیلی4/47±25/91، میانگین نمره عوامل تأثیرگذار بر میزان رضایت از رشته تحصیلی 4/67±30/73، میانگین نمره دیدگاه نسبت به آینده شغلی 2/62±13/42 و میانگین نمره کلی رضایت از رشته تحصیلی و دیدگاه به آینده شغلی 9/86±70/07 بود. نتیجه‌گیری: رضایت دانشجویان هوشبری و اتاق عمل از رشته تحصیلی، نسبتاً خوب و نگرش آن‌ها مثبت بود. ولی همچنان افزایش امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی، ارتقاء آگاهی آن‌ها نسبت به این رشته قبل از انتخاب و ایجاد شرایطی به منظور افزایش فرصت‌های شغلی در جهت افزایش میزان رضایت و علاقه به ادامه تحصیلی در این رشته مؤثر خواهد بود.</div> <div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Human resource development for the effective delivery and management of healthcare services is of paramount importance. In this regard, obtaining accurate information about the current educational environment and students’ perceptions is essential. Objective: This study aimed to assess the level of satisfaction among Anesthesia and Operating Room students at Shahroud University of Medical Sciences regarding their field of study and to investigate their perspectives on their academic discipline and future career prospects. Material and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2023 using a census sampling method among 114 Anesthesia and Operating Room students at Shahroud University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using a demographic information questionnaire and the questionnaire developed by Hadavi et al. After data collection, the information was entered into SPSS version 18 and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Statistical significance was considered at P<0.001. Results: The mean age of the participants was 21.73±2.74 years. Significant associations were found between students’ satisfaction with their field of study and future career and gender (P<0.001), marital status (P<0.001), and history of academic withdrawal (P<0.001). The mean score for satisfaction with the field of study was 25.91±4.47, the mean score for factors influencing satisfaction with the field of study was 30.73±4.67, the mean score for attitudes toward future career prospects was 13.42±2.62, and the overall mean score for satisfaction with the field of study and attitudes toward future career prospects was 70.07±9.86. Conclusion: Anesthesia and Operating Room students demonstrated a relatively favorable level of satisfaction with their field of study and generally positive attitudes toward their future careers.
