fa بررسی نگرش پرسنل بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه و اورژانس نسبت به مراقبت‌های پیش از مرگ در بیمارستان‌های امام حسین (ع) و بهار شهرستان شاهرود Attitudes of Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department Personnel Toward End-of-Life Care in Imam Hossein (PBUH) and Bahar Hospitals, Shahroud پزشک عمومی General Practitioner پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: پرستاران از جمله پرسنل درمانی درگیر در ارائه مراقبت‌های انتهایی زندگی می‌باشند؛ بنابراین آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران نسبت به ارائه مراقبت‌های انتهای زندگی از عوامل مهم برنامه‌ریزی برای تدوین و اجرای چنین خدماتی است. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین بررسی نگرش پرسنل بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه و اورژانس نسبت به مراقبتهای پیش از مرگ در بیمارستانهای امام حسین (ع) و بهار شهرستان شاهرود انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و به روش مقطعی در سال 1402 بر روی پرسنل شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه و اورژانس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود به روش سرشماری انجام شد که داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه نگرش در مورد مراقبت از بیماران پیش از مرگ جمع آوری شد داده‌ها بعد از جمع آوری وارد SPSS نسخه 18 شده و با کمک آمار توصیفی-تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه در مجموع 133 نفر در مطالعه شرکت کردند با مشخصات جمعیت شناختی جنسیت زن (56/4 درصد) 75، متأهل (65/4 درصد) 87، مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس (82/7 درصد) 110، سابقه احیا بیمار (94/7 درصد) 126، سابقه مراقبت از بیمار در حال مرگ (88 درصد) 117، محل فعالیت بیمارستان امام حسین (ع) (75/2 درصد)100، سابقه کاری 1-5 سال (41/4 درصد) 55  و گروه سنی 23-30 سال (49/6 درصد) 66 سال بودند. میانگین کلی نمره نگرش نسبت به مراقبت از بیمار در حال مرگ 92/9±100/60 و بیشتر افراد نمره بالای 90 (عالی) را کسب کرده بودند. غیر از نوع استخدام (0/229=P) و نوبت کار (0/200=P) بین بقیه متغیرها با نگرش نسبت به مراقبت از بیمار در حال مرگ رابطه معناداری وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به بالا بودن نمره نگرش پرستاران نسبت به مراقبت‌های پیش از مرگ، برنامه‌ریزی برای حفظ این شرایط لازم و حیاتی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Nurses are among the healthcare professionals directly involved in providing end-of-life care. Therefore, their knowledge and attitudes toward delivering such care are key factors in planning, developing, and implementing end-of-life services Objective: This study aimed to assess the attitudes of intensive care unit (ICU) and emergency department personnel toward end-of-life care in Imam Hossein (PBUH) and Bahar hospitals in Shahroud Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in 2023 among personnel working in the ICU and emergency departments of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences. A census sampling method was employed. Data were collected using a demographic information questionnaire and an attitude questionnaire regarding care for patients at the end of life. After data collection, the data were entered into SPSS version 18 and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: A total of 133 participants were included in the study. The demographic characteristics were as follows: female (56.4%, n=75), married (65.4%, n=87), bachelor’s degree holders (82.7%, n=110), history of patient resuscitation (94.7%, n=126), experience in caring for dying patients (88%, n=117), workplace at Imam Hossein (PBUH) hospital (75.2%, n=100), work experience of 1–5 years (41.4%, n=55), and age group of 23–30 years (49.6%, n=66) The overall mean attitude score toward care of dying patients was 100.60 ± 9.92, with most participants achieving scores above 90 (excellent). Except for employment type (P=0.229) and work shift (P=0.200), there was a statistically significant relationship between other variables and attitudes toward care of dying patients.
