ارتباط خودکارآمدی با استرس ادراک شده در همسران جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه جنگی

مقدمه: زندگی با فردی که به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه جنگی مبتلا شده است، موجب افزایش استرس و ناسازگاریهای زناشویی میگردد. این فشارها موجب کاهش خودکارآمدی همسران میگردد.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف ارتباط خودکارآمدی با استرس ادراک شده در همسران جانبازان استرس پس از سانحه جنگی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده بر روی 187 نفر از همسران جانبازان مبتلا به استرس پس از سانحه جنگی شهر کاشان در سال 1395 انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شرر (Sherer) و پرسشنامه استرس ادارک شده (Perceived Stress Scale) بود که به روش خودگزارش دهی جمعآوری شد. سپس دادهها با آمار توصیفی (جداول، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، من ویتنی) توسط نرمافزار spss نسخه 21 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: میزان خودکارآمدی 7/79‌‌±3/43 و میزان استرس ادراک شده 2/61‌‌‌±64/30 بود. آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن بین خودکارآمدی با استرس ادارک شده ارتباط معنیداری را نشان داد (0/001P‌=، 0/4-r‌=) به طوری که با افزایش خودکارآمدی میزان استرس ادراک شده در همسران جانبازان کمتر میشد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: با افزایش میزان خودکارآمدی، میزان استرس ادارک شده در همسران جانبازان کمتر میشود. لذا، آموزش شیوههای افزایش خودکارآمدی در جهت مقابله با استرس توصیه میگردد.
