تأثیر نرم‌افزار آموزشی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه بر وضعیت کیفیت زندگی نظامیان مبتلابه فشار خون بالا

مقدمه: فشار خون بالا منجر به افت کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان می‌شود و این مقوله در بین نظامیان به عنوان اقشار کلیدی جامعه در حفظ امنیت کشور حائز اهمیت است.
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر نرم‌افزار آموزشی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه بر وضعیت کیفیت زندگی نظامیان مبتلا به فشار خون‌ بالا انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه کار آزمایی بالینی 66 فرد نظامی مبتلا به فشار خون بالا در سال 1398 در دو گروه آزمون (دریافت‌کننده نرم‌افزار آموزشی تلفن همراه) و کنترل (بدون دریافت نرم‌افزار) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت (36- SF) بود که قبل و 6 هفته پس از مداخله بین دو گروه مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. تجزیه ‌‌و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 21 انجام شد. سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد (0/05P<).
یافته‌ها:بر اساس نتیجه آزمون ویلکاکسون، در گروه کنترل بین کیفیت زندگی قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (0/083 =P)؛ اما در گروه آزمون، اختلاف آماری معناداری در کیفیت زندگی بین دو زمان قبل و بعد از مداخله دیده شد (0/0001 -=P) نتیجه آزمون من ویتنی حاکی از عدم وجود اختلاف آماری معنادار در کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان،  بین دو گروه آزمون و کنترل  درمرحله قبل از مداخله بود ولی بعد از مداخله این اختلاف معنادار بود (0/0001 =P). به‌ نحوی ‌که میزان افزایش کیفیت زندگی در گروه آزمون با اختلاف چشمگیری بیش از گروه کنترل بود (0/001 = P).
بحث ‌و نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجایی که  نرم افزار آموزشی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه تأثیر معناداری در افزایش سطح کیفیت زندگی نظامیان  مبتلا به پرفشاری خون داشته است، بنابراین استفاده از آن در  این گروه از مبتلایان توصیه می شود.
