تأثیر تطابق بین رسته و شغل بر فرسودگی شغلی و کیفیت زندگی کارکنان یک سازمان نظامی

مقدمه:  نیروهای نظامی به لحاظ مأموریت ویژه­ای که دارند در معرض تنیدگی­های بیشتری قرار دارند که می ­تواند منجر به افزایش فرسودگی شغلی آنان گردد.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان یک سازمان نظامی با توجه به تطابق و هماهنگی بین رسته و شغل آنان انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1395 انجام شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کارکنان یک سازمان نظامی بود که به روش نمونه­ گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ ها فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه 22 سؤالی فرسودگی شغلی ماسلاچ(Maslach Burnout Inventory)  و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (36SF) استفاده شده بود. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار   SPSS نسخه 20 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش تعداد 1209 نفر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که میانگین سنی افراد (7/1±) 36/5 سال می‌باشد که 96 درصد آن­ها مذکر بودند. از نظر وضعیت استخدامی بیشترین فراوانی افراد (89/5 درصد) به صورت نظامی و 10/5 درصد استخدامی آن­ها کارمندی بود. از نظر فرسودگی شغلی در بعد خستگی عاطفی با 54/6 درصد، بعد مسخ شخصیت با 56/6 درصد در پایین­ترین سطح امّا از نظر احساس کفایت شخصی با 57/9 درصد در بالاترین وضعیت قرار داشتند. میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی اکثریت افراد در کل متوسط به بالا بود. بین ابعاد فرسودگی شغلی و متغیر کیفیت زندگی در تمامی ابعاد اختلاف معنی‌دار است (0/05P<).
بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت تطابق رسته و شغل در نیروهای نظامی و تأثیر آن بر فرسودگی شغلی و کیفیت زندگی، فرماندهان نظامی با در نظر گرفتن این تطابق می‌توانند منجر به افزایش کیفیت زندگی کاری و شخصی و در نتیجه کاهش فرسودگی شغلی در نیروهای نظامی شوند.
