The effect of buddy aid education packages on the wives of military personnel awareness and attitude in the face with earth quake in 2013

 Introduction: earthquake education, the need is urgent. Therefore, this study is the effect of buddy aid education packages on the wives of military personnel awareness and attitude in the face with earth quake.

Material & Methods: Initial tests of the two groups were conducted and the experimental group training packages including manuals and training videos were presented and then two weeks after the test was performed in both groups. Finally, data and software using parametric statistical analysis was spss21.

Results: The result of study indicated that the scores of the control and comparison groups in the fields of knowledge and attitude statistically significant. Difference before the intervention, however the post test score in the field of knowledge showed statistically significant difference between the group the in the mean score of the intervention group was significantly different from the mean score of the control group but the intervention did not cause any significant differences between the two groups in the field of attitude (p> 0/05).

Discussion & Conclusion: The findings of this study can be concluded that other buddy aid can help people improve knowledge of the causes of the crisis, but to change attitudes and raise their attitude to other methods of training can be used.
