fa بررسی ارتباط بین صفات شخصیتی با میزان شیوع افکار خودکشی در سربازان ارتش Relationship between Personality Traits and the Prevalence of Suicidal Ideation in Army Soldiers تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: خودکشی در بین سربازان تصادفی نیست و در نتیجه جریانی از افکار، اندیشه‌ها، موقعیت‌ها و روابط بین فردی رخ می‌دهد. یکی از رفتارهای خودکشی گرا، افکار خودکشی است که پیش بینی کننده مهمی در خودکشی کامل است. هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین صفات شخصیتی با میزان شیوع افکار خودکشی در سربازان بود. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل 88 نفر از سربازان مشغول به خدمت در سال 1396 در یک پادگان منتخب بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی نئو، پرسشنامه مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ بودند. به منظور برآورد اعتبار مقیاس پرسشنامه‌ها از دو روش آلفای کرونباخ و دو نیمه کردن استفاده گردید. برای آنالیز داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (جدول فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ قادر به تشخیص افکار خودکشی در سربازان می‌باشد و مشخص گردید که روایی هم زمان مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک با صفات شخصیتی و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی دارای همبستگی معناداری می‌باشد، به طوری که ضریب همبستگی بین روان رنجورخویی با مقیاس خودکشی بک 65/0‌R= و در سطح معناداری 001/0 P= است، در حالی که همبستگی و معناداری مقیاس خودکشی بک با گشودگی 24/0- R=، 018/0 P=، برون گرایی 52/0- R=، 002/0 P=، با وجدان بودن 43/0- R=، 013/0 P=، موافق بودن 58/0- R=، 001/0 P= می‌باشد؛ همچنین همبستگی منفی میان مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک با پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ با مقدار 57/0- R= و سطح معناداری 014/0 P= رویت شد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که با افزایش روان رنجورخویی، میزان افکار خودکشی افزایش می‌یابد و با افزایش سلامت عمومی، گشودگی، برون گرایی، با وجدان بودن و موافق بودن نیز مقیاس خودکشی کاهش می‌یابد؛ صفات شخصیتی مثبت و سلامت عمومی بالا، باعث بهبود افکار و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی منفی می‌شوند و همچنین برخورداری از سلامت عمومی پایین، تأثیر مستقیمی بر افکار خودکشی دارد. با توجه به عوامل زمینه ساز به دست آمده، بایستی افراد در بدو ورود به محیط‌های نظامی، به صورت دوره‌ای و منظم مورد بررسی قرار گیرند و مداخلات مناسب پیشگیری از خودکشی از قبیل آموزش، مشاوره و روان درمانی برای آنان انجام شود. <div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in 0in 8.0pt 0in;"></div> Introduction: Suicide is not a sudden event among soldiers and happens as a result of a period of thoughts, circumstances, and interpersonal relationships. Suicidal ideation, as one of the most common suicidal behaviors, is an important predictor for completed suicide. Objective: the current study aimed at evaluating the relationship between personality traits and prevalence of suicidal ideation in soldiers. Material and Methods: The current correlational, descriptive study was conducted on 88 soldiers spending their term of military services in a military barrack in 2017. Data collection tools were the demographic characteristics questionnaire, NEO personality characteristics questionnaire, the Beck scale for suicidal intention, and the Goldberg general health questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was assessed by Cronbach’s alpha and the split half method. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency table, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient) were used. Results: The results of the current study showed that the Beck scale for suicidal intention could detect suicidal ideation in soldiers; a significant correlation was observed between the simultaneous validity of the Beck scale for suicidal intension, and personality traits and the Goldberg general health questionnaire. Hence, the correlation coefficient between neuroticism and the Beck scale was r =0.65 (P= 0.001), while the correlation coefficient and level of significance of the Beck scale with openness were P=0.018, r=-0.24, extroversion P = 0.002, r = -0.52, conscientious P= 0.013, r = -0.43, and consent P= 0.001, r= -0.58. Also, there was a negative correlation between the Beck scale for suicidal intention and the Goldberg general health questionnaire, while r= -0.57 and P= 0.014. Discussion and Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be concluded that with increasing neuroticism, suicidal thoughts increases and with increasing general health, openness, extraversion, conscientiousness, and consent, the suicide intention decreases. Positive personality traits and high general health improve thoughts, while negative personality traits and lower general health have a direct negative impact on suicidal thoughts. Owing to the obtained background factors, soldiers should be screened for mental health on arrival at military environments as well as certain intervals. Preventive interventions such as training, consultation, and psychotherapy should be also considered.   افکار خودکشی, سربازان, سلامت عمومی, صفات شخصیتی.
