fa بررسی تأثیر کمپرس گرم بر احتباس ادراری پس از کاتتریسم قلبی در بیماران مرد بستری در بیمارستانهای منتخب نظامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>با توجه به گسترش استفاده از روش کاتتریسم قلبی و عوارض ناشی از آن از قبیل احتباس ادراری، یافتن روشی امن و غیرتهاجمی در جهت رفع این عارضه ضروری می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر کمپرس گرم بر احتباس ادراری حاد ناشی از کاتتریسم قلبی در بیماران مرد بستری در بیمارستان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های نظامی می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها: </strong>در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی تعداد 72 بیمار تحت کاتتریسم قلبی به روش نمونه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گیری آسان در دسترس انتخاب و به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>طور مساوی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. این مطالعه بر اساس اندازه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گیری زمان رفع احتباس ادراری و شدت احتباس ادراری در دو بازه زمانی شامل قبل از انجام مداخله و پایان مداخله و بر اساس مقیاس بصری مدرج انجام شد و داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی - تحلیلی و با نرم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 21 تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها: </strong>نتایج این مطالعه اختلاف معنی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>داری در شدت بروز احتباس ادراری در گروه کمپرس گرم، قبل و بعد از مداخله نشان داد در حالی که در گروه کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله اختلاف معنی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>داری دیده نشد. همچنین مقایسه زمان رفع احتباس ادراری در گروه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مورد مطالعه نشانگر تأثیر مثبت مداخله کمپرس گرم در آزمون بود (<span style="line-height: 20.8px;">P<</span><span style="line-height: 20.8px;">0/005</span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 20.8px;">‌</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج مثبت کمپرس گرم در کاهش شدت احتباس ادراری و رفع سریع<span dir="LTR">‌</span>تر احتباس ادراری، می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>توان از روش گذاشتن کمپرس گرم قبل از اقدام به سونداژ در ناحیه فوق عانه استفاده نمود.</p> <div><p dir="RTL"></p></div> <div align="justify"> <p><strong>Introduction: </strong>With the increasing use of cardiac catheterization and its accompanied complications such as urinary retention, finding out a safe and non-invasive way to solve this problem is essential. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of warm compresses on acute urinary retention following cardiac catheterization in male patients of military hospitals.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this study 72 patients with cardiac catheterization case selected by simple sampling and assigned equally to 2 experimental and control groups. The study was based on a visual scale measuring (VAS) of the elimination time of urinary retention, severity of urinary retention before and after the intervention. Descriptive and analytical statistics of the Data were performed by SPSS (version 21). The results were statistically analyzed with T-test and P-value under 0.05.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed a significant difference in the severity of urinary retention of warm compresses group before and after the intervention, whereas the control group showed no significant difference. In addition, comparison of the removal time of urinary retention, showed the positive effect of the warm compresses intervention (p < 0.05).</p> <p><strong>Discussion and Conclusion: </strong>Given the positive effects of the warm compresses in relieving the severity of urinary retention and its elimination, in order to relieve the urinary retention, we suggest to use it prior to the catheterization of the supra-pubic area.</p> <p></p></div> احتباس ادراری, پرستاری, کاتتریسم قلبی, کمپرس گرم.
