تأثیر فعالیت ورزشی فریزبی بر خودکارآمدی، پیش‌بینی از بازگشت و کیفیت زندگی در گروه معتادان

مقدمه: ورزش فریزبی باعث تقویت سیستم غیرهوازی و هوازی و دستگاه قلبی-عروقی شده و همچنین باعث بهبود وضعیت آمادگی جسمانی و روانی افراد شود.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر فعالیت ورزشی فریزبی بر خودکارآمدی، پیشبینی از بازگشت و کیفیت زندگی در گروه معتادان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این تحقیق از نوع نیمه تجربی بود که 70 نفر از معتادین تحت درمان دهکده سلامی شیراز بر اساس جدول مورگان و به صورت هدفمند در دسترس به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابتدا همه آزمودنیها سه پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شرر، پیش بینی از بازگشت رایت و کیفیت زندگی ویر و شربورن را تکمیل کردند، در ادامه تمامی آزمودنیها در برنامه تمرینی هشت هفتهای (3 ست در روز) فعالیت ورزشی فریزبی، شرکت کردند. در پایان نیز دوباره سه پرسشنامه مذکور را تکمیل کردند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تی وابسته و نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت ورزشی فریزبی بر خودکارآمدی، احتمال مصرف در موقعیت خاص، شدت نیرومندی میل در موقعیت خاص و کیفیت زندگی در گروه معتادان مرد تأثیر داشت به طوری که تمرین فریزبی باعث کاهش معنادار احتمال مصرف در موقعیت خاص (0/047P=)، شدت نیرومندی میل در موقعیت خاص (0/046P=) و افزایش معنادار کیفیت زندگی (0/044P=) و خودکارآمدی (0/048P=) شد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: فعالیت ورزشی فریزبی عامل مؤثر و مهمی بر عوامل روانشناختی در گروه معتادان مرد میباشد. لذا، پیشنهاد میشود جهت کمک به پیشرفت ترک مواد و جلوگیری از بازگشت فرد به سوءمصرف مواد در این گروه، از این نوع فعالیت ورزشی استفاده شود.
