Instruction of Electronic Reviewing System
Reviewing papers in the Journal of Military Caring Sciences is done electronically. The way of using the journal's E-reviewing system is presented below. Your kind cooperation in publishing a professional journal deserving the scientific community of our dear homeland is appreciated.
1- Go to the journal's site: (https://mcs.ajaums.ac.ir)
2- Login with your username and password (members’ login section is at the top right side of the main page of the site).
3- Go to private page.
4- Select the "Reviewers Section” from the top-page menu.
5- In this section you will observe three groups of manuscripts: "List of new manuscripts," "incomplete reviews" and "approved Completed reviews "
5-1) New manuscripts: means the manuscripts newly assigned to be reviewed by you. These manuscripts selected based on your specialty. You can download and study the manuscript by clicking on Download button. Then you may click on Start button and begin the review process and filling the review form. Also if you feel you cannot review this manuscript for each reason, you can click on Cancel button to remove the manuscript from the list.
5-2) Uncompleted reviews: This list consist of the manuscripts that you have filled the review form for those, but you steel did not complete this form. You can complete the review form or even change your previous view of points. Then when you complete the reviewing steps you can click on Confirm button to move the articles to the third list.
5-3) Completed reviews: contain the list of reviews that you have confirmed and have been declared to authors and the journal editor (without mentioning your name) by the site administrator.
