fa تعیین فراوانی و علل ترومای چشمی در مصدومین نظامی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستانهای منتخب آجا The Frequency of Ocular Trauma in Military Victims Referred to the Military Specialist Hospitals تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div>مقدمه: چشم به این علت که بیشترین نقش را در ارتباط ما با جهان بیرون دارد از مهم‌ترین قسمت‌های بدن محسوب می‌شود، آسیب‌های چشمی از علل مهم کاهش بینایی و نابینایی در سراسر جهان هستند. هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین فراوانی و علل ترومای چشمی در مصدومین نظامی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان‌های منتخب آجا در تهران و کرمانشاه بین سال‌های 94- 1384 صورت گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی که 153 پرونده مصدومان چشمی نظامی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان منتخب نظامی شهرکرمانشاه و تهران بین سال‌های 94-1384 بررسی شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک و سؤالات مرتبط با ترومای چشمی بود. داده‌ها کدگذاری و وارد Spss نسخه 16 شده و با روش‌های آماری توصیفی تحلیلی و با معنی‌داری 0/05 P< تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: محدوده سنی بین 18 تا 72 سال با میانگین سنی 10/206 ± 25/85، تمامی مصدومان مرد (100%)، 9/71% مجرد و 1/62% وظیفه بودند. 4/48% مراجعان بین 1 تا 12 ساعت بعد از تروما به بیمارستان مراجعه و بیشترین نوع ترومای وارده نافذ (66%) و به صورت غیرعمدی (3/86%) بود. اکثر موارد با اجسام تیز (35/63%)، در (3/50%) پادگان و در زمان صبح (2/41%) بود. اکثر مصدومین سابقه قبلی ترومای چشمی (6/87%) نداشتند و آسیب‌های متعدد (2/66%) به دنبال تروما رخ داده بود. (2/56%) آسیب به چشم چپ و مدت بستری پس از تروما بالای یک روز (9/88%) بود. بیشتر مصدومین (7/66%) در مرکز جراحی شده‌اند ارتباط معنی‌داری بین مشخصات دموگرافیک و ترومای چشمی یافت نشد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که تروماها در میانگین سنی پایین‌تر و در پادگان‌ها و محل کار اتفاق می‌افتد که توجه به برنامه‌ریزی و آموزش توسط مسئولین در زمینه ایمنی کار را طلب می‌کند. جهت برنامه‌ریزی‌های مدیریتی در دسترس بودن آمار صحیح از تروماهای چشمی الزامی می‌باشد که این مهم نیز به نوبه‌ی خود مستلزم وجود سیستم ثبت دقیق اطلاعات می‌باشد که بتوان از این آمارها بهره برد. <div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in 0in 8.0pt 0in;"> </div> </div> Introduction: Eye is the main organ to communicate with outside world and is of great importance accordingly. Eye injuries are the major causes of visual impairment and blindness worldwide. Objective: The current study aimed at determining the prevalence and causes of ocular trauma in military victims referred to the eye specialist military hospitals in Tehran and Kermanshah from 2005 to 2015. Material and Methods: The current descriptive, cross sectional study was conducted on 153 reports (110 from Tehran and 43 from Kermanshah) for the military eye injuries referred to the eye specialist military hospitals in Kermanshah and Tehran, Iran, from 2005 to 2015. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire consisted of demographic information and questions related to ocular trauma. Since the instrument measures the individuals’ characteristics, its reliability was not applicable; data were analyzed with SPSS version 16 using statistical tests such as frequency tables and percent of queries. The chi-square and Fisher exact tests were also employed; P-value ≤0.005 was considered the level of significance. Results: The age of the subjects ranged 18 to 72 years; mean 206.10 ± 85.25. All the victims were male (100%), 71.9% single, 62.1% conscript. Moreover, 48.4% of the clients were admitted to the hospital 1-12 hours after the incidence of trauma. Most of the cases were penetrating trauma (66%) occurred unintentionally (86.3%). Most often happened by sharp tools (63.35%), in garrison (50.3%), and during the morning (41.2%). Most of the cases had no a history of ocular trauma (87.6%); multiple damages was reported in 66.2% of the cases. In 56.2% of the subjects, damage occurred to the left eye and the hospital stay due to damage was a day in 88.9% of them. Most of the victims (66.7%) had undergone surgery in the military hospitals. No significant relationship was observed between demographic information and incidence of ocular trauma in the subjects. Discussion and Conclusion: The study results showed that eye trauma in the barracks and workplaces mostly occur in the lower ages. In spite of strategies and trainings on employees’ safety, ocular traumas still threat them. To manage employee safety, accurate statistics of eye trauma is required, which, in turn, emphasizes the need for a reliable recording system.   پرسنل نظامی, ترومای چشم, ترومای غیر نافذ, ترومای نافذ.
