fa مقایسه رضایت‌مندی دستیاران پزشکی و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران از فرآیند سرپرستی پایان‌نامه Assessment of Medical Residents and Postgraduates Students’ Satisfaction of Thesis Supervision in Iran University of Medical Sciences تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research  مقدمه: پایان‌نامه از مهم‌ترین بخش‌های آموزش دانشجویان پزشکی و تحصیلات تکمیلی می‌باشد. سرپرستی پایان‌نامه، ایجاد قرارداد یادگیری بین دانشجویان و اساتید راهنما و شفاف سازی نقش‌های دانشجویان و سرپرستان می‌باشد. موفقیت دانشجویان در کسب تجربه پژوهشی، از اصلی‌ترین اهداف پایان‌نامه و ارزیابی رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان، از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های آن می‌باشد. هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رضایت‌مندی دستیاران و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران از نحوه هدایت و سرپرستی پایان نامه‌ها انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 250 نفر از دستیاران و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی از مراحل مختلف انجام پایان نامه مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گرد‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد PREQ بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تائید قرار گرفته بود. پرسشنامه شش حیطه پایان نامه را مورد سؤال قرار می‌داد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 21 بررسی شد. جهت آنالیز داده‌ها، آزمون کروسکال-والیس و جهت مقایسه اختلاف میانگین‌ها آزمون مان-ویتنی به کار گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، 56/5 درصد دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی و 63/8 درصد دستیاران پزشکی، رضایت‌مندی خود را از سرپرستی پایان‌نامه بیان کردند. بین میانگین نمرات رضایت‌مندی در کلیه حیطه‌ها در هر دو گروه، اختلاف معناداری مشاهده نشد. استاد راهنما، توسعه مهارت‌های پژوهشی و آزمون پایان‌نامه، بیشترین امتیاز رضایت‌مندی و حیطه‌های ارائه شرایط و زمینه‌های رشد فکری و زیر ساخت‌ها و امکانات، کمترین میزان را به خود اختصاص دادند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که میزان رضایت هر دو گروه، از فرآیند سرپرستی پایان‌نامه‌، نسبتاً مطلوب بود. با توجه به اینکه بین ابعاد تصویب پروپوزال، ارائه شرایط و زمینه‌های رشد فکری، گسترش مهارت‌ها و شفاف‌سازی معیار‌ها و اهداف با میزان رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان، تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد، توجه بیشتر در سال‌های اولیه تحصیلات تکمیلی، به افزایش مهارت‌ها و ارتقاء توانایی دانشجویان در انجام تحقیقات مستقل، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. <div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in 0in 8.0pt 0in;"></div> <pre> Intruduction: The thesis is one of the most important parts of the teaching of medical students and postgraduate student’s education. Thesis supervision is creating a learning agreement between students and supervisors and clarifying the roles of students and supervisors. Objective: The success of students in acquiring research experience is one of the main goals of the thesis, and students’ satisfaction assessment is one of the most important challenges of that. So, this study was conducted to determine the satisfaction of postgraduate students and Residentss of Iran University of Medical Sciences from directing and supervising theses. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-cross sectional study, 250 Medical Residents and Postgraduates Students from different steps of thesis conducting were questioned. Data ghathering instrument was the PREQ standard questionaire that it’s validity and relability was confirmed. The data was analysed with use of SPSS21. The questionnaire examined six domains of the thesis. Kruskal-Wallis test for data analysis and Mann-Whitney test for comparing of means differences was used. Results: In this study, 56.5% of postgraduates and 63.8% of medical residents expressed their satisfaction from the thesis supervision. There was no significant difference between the mean satisfaction scores in all domains in both groups. Supervisor professor, development of research skills, and thesis test earneed the most satisfaction score; and providing conditions and fields of thinking growth, infrastructure and facilities domains acquired the lowest satisfaction score. Discussion and Conclusion: Findings showed the satisfaction level of both groups was relatively desirable. As regard that Significance difference was observed between proposal confirming, providing conditions and fields of thinking growth, development of research skills and clarifying of criteria, and goals with students’ satisfaction, attention is needed to increase the skills and enhance the ability of students to conduct independent research, in the early years of postgraduate education. </pre> دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی, دستیاران پزشکی, رضایتمندی, سرپرستی پایان‌نامه.
