fa رفتارهای ارتقادهنده سلامتی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های منتخب نظامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="right"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت یکی از معیارهای عمده تعیین کننده سلامت بشری و راهی به منظور رسیدن به کیفیت زندگی بهتر است. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین وضعیت انجام رفتارهای ارتقادهنده سلامت در پرستاران بود.</p> <p align="right"><strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی مقطعی بود و بر روی 400 پرستار شاغل در بخش های بیمارستان های آجا واقع در شهر تهران با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چندمرحله ای با کمک پرسشنامه بین المللی رفتارهای ارتقادهنده سلامت انجام شد. داده ها با کمک نرم افزار 21 SPSS و روش های آماری توصیفی تجزیه وتحلیل گردید.</p> <p align="right"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> 8/93 درصد واحدها سیگار مصرف نمی کردند. میانگین نمره سلامتی پرستاران با سن بالاتر از 45 سال 41/2&plusmn;2/113 بود که کمترین نمره سلامتی در بین گروه های سنی بود. همچنین واحدها دارای شاخص توده بدنی با میانگین 1/4&plusmn; 48/24 بودند. 80 درصد ایشان حداقل سالی یک بار از وضعیت سلامتی خودآگاه میشدند. بالاترین درصد بیماری گزارش شده (5/19 درصد) متعلق به گروه اختلالات اسکلتی ـ عضلانی بود. کمترین نمره میانگین کسب شده در حیطه فعالیت فیزیکی بود. آزمون آنووا بین افراد مجرد و متأهل و نوبت های مختلف ازنظر سلامتی اختلاف معنادار نشان داد و نیز آزمون تی مستقل تفاوت معناداری را بین نمرات سلامتی افراد سیگاری و غیر سیگاری نشان داد. درنهایت میانگین نمره کل پرسشنامه سلامتی 55/18&plusmn;79/133 به دست آمد. آزمون آنووا تفاوت معنی داری را در میانگین نمرات رفتارهای ارتقادهنده سلامت و حیطه های آن برحسب دو متغیر مدرک تحصیلی و نوع بخش نشان نداد. <strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> میانگین نمره کل رفتارهای ارتقادهنده سلامت در پرستاران پژوهش حاضر نشان دهنده قرارگیری ایشان در سطح قابل قبول می باشد. لزوم اجرای برنامه های آموزش سلامت با تأکید بر فعالیت فیزیکی در بین ایشان ضروری میباشد.</p> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">Introduction: </font></span></b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">health promoting behaviors are one of the main criteria for determining human health and the way to achieve a better quality of life. The aim of this study was to evaluate the status of health-promoting behaviours and related factors among nurses in selected military hospitals.</font></span></font></p> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">Material and methods: </font></span></b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">This research was a cross-correlation study that carried out on 400 clinical nurses working in AJA hospitals in Tehran The subjects were recruited by multi-stages random sampling method. Data was collected by using international health promoting behaviours (HPLP-II) questionnaire, and then analyzed through descriptive and analytical statistics by SPSS software (version 21).</font></span></font></p> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">Results: </font></span></b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">93.8% of nurses did not smoke. Average rate of health nurses score older than 45 years was 113.2&plusmn;2.41.that was the lowest score among the age groups. They had BMI 24.48&plusmn;4.1. At least once a year, 80% of them were aware of their health status. But among them, the highest percentage (19.5%) of reported illnesses related to musculoskeletal disorders (low back pain and foot). the lowest mean score in physical activity is obtained (13.88&plusmn;4.53). one-way ANOVA test was used to investigate the differences between the marital status and different shifts. The T test showed significant differences between smokers and non-smokers&rsquo; health scores. Mean of total health-promoting behaviours was 133.79&plusmn; 18.55. ANOVA test did not show significant difference in mean health &ndash;promoting behaviours in terms of the variable domains of the degree and type of ward.</font></span></font></p> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">Discussion & Conclusion: </font></span></b><span new="" roman="" style="color: black mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font size="2">The mean score of health-promoting behaviors among nurses in this study indicate that their exposure is at acceptable level.
