fa مقایسه خصوصیات شناورهای امدادی موجود در کشور با توجه به شرایط اقلیمی خلیج فارس و تعیین ویژگی‌های شناورهای امدادی همپای رزم Investigation of Marine Relief Vessels in Iran According to the Climatic Conditions of the Persian Gulf and Naval Missions تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: آمادگی برای رویارویی با بحران‌های انسان ساخت، جنبه‌های گوناگونی دارد که یکی از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها آمادگی برای مواجهه با بحران‌های نظامی است. وجود یک شناور امدادی تندرو می‌تواند بسیار حائز اهمیت و تعیین کننده باشد. این دغدغه همواره وجود دارد که اگر بناست شناور امدادی خریداری شود باید دارای چه خصوصیاتی باشد تا بتواند همپای رزمی شده تا در حوادث غیرمترقبه دریایی حضور مناسب یابد. هدف: در جنگ‌های نامتقارن امروزی داشتن اطلاعات جامع از شناورهای امدادی موجود در کشور بسیار مهم است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه شناورهای امدادی موجود در کشور با توجه به شرایط اقلیمی خلیج فارس و مأموریت‌های دریایی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع مروری روایتی بوده و با استفاده از اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و جستجو در پایگاه‌های SID، Iran Medex، PubMed، Web of Sciences، Iranian Research Institute و موتور جستجو Scholar Google و کلیدواژه‌های امداد و نجات، آمبولانس دریایی و اورژانس و معادل انگلیسی آن‌ها Relief and Rescue، Marine Ambulance، Emergency در بازه زمانی 2010 تا 2020 انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد شناور ناجی از حیث ویژگی‌هایی همچون ایمنی و رفاه خدمه نسبت به آمبولانس شناور 115 و آمبولانس امداد و نجات از امکانات بیشتری برخوردار هستند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به احتمال برخوردهای نظامی و بحران‌های انسانی و طبیعی در آبراه‌های خلیج‌فارس به دلیل موقعیت خاص منطقه، در اکثر موارد نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی به نقطه‌ی بحران‌زده اعزام می‌شوند. در این راستا هیچ یک از این امداد رسانی‌ها انجام نخواهد شد مگر آنکه زنجیره امداد و انتقال صحیح و کارآمدی به وجود آید که نخستین حلقه‌ی تجهیزاتی این مسیر، شناورهای امدادی استاندارد، تخصصی و تندرو خواهند بود. در حوزه تجهیزات امدادی در حوزه بهداری رزم دریایی، تهیه «آمبولانس دریایی» مناسب و همپای رزم پیشنهاد می‌گردد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Preparation for dealing with human crises has various aspects and one of the most important of which is the readiness to face military crises. Having a fast rescue boat can be very important and decisive. There is always the concern that if a relief vessel is to be purchased, what characteristics should it have to be able to keep up with the combat and to be properly present in unexpected maritime accidents. Objective: In today’s asymmetric wars, it is very important to have comprehensive information about the aid vessels available in the country. This study aimed to compare the existing relief vessels in the country according to the climatic conditions of the Persian Gulf and naval missions. Materials and Methods: Library information and the following databases includingSID, Google Scholar, Iran Medex, PubMed, and Web of Sciences were searched using the keywords including “rescue”, “naval ambulance”, and “emergency”, and “equivalent”. Their English Relief and Rescue, Marine ambulance Emergency, was performed between 2010 and 2020. Results: The results showed that the lifeboat has more facilities in terms of features such as safety and crew comfort than the 115th floating ambulance and rescue ambulance. Discussion and Conclusion: Considering the possibility of military clashes on the waterways of the Persian Gulf, due to the special situation of the region, in most cases, military and law enforcement forces are sent to the crisis point. In this regard, none of these relief media will be carried out unless a proper and efficient relief and transfer chain is established, which will be the first equipment loop of this route, standard, specialized, and fast relief vessels.
