fa رضایت مندی اعضای خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش های مراقبت ویژه: نتایج یک مطالعه چند مرکزی در بیمارستان های منتخب نظامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدمه:</strong> سنجش سطوح رضایت مندی اعضای خانواده بیماران بستری یکی از اجزای اندازه گیری کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران است و موجب تحلیل وضع موجود خواهد شد. این مطالعه با هدف اندازه گیری رضایت مندی اعضای خانواده بیماران بزرگسال بستری در بخش های مراقبت ویژه طراحی شد.</p> <p><strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>مقاله حاضر، حاصل یک مطالعه توصیفی در بخش های مراقبت ویژه در 5 بیمارستان منتخب نظامی شهر تهران است. نمونه گیری در 360 نفر از اعضای خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش های ویژه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده نسخه فارسی 30 گویهای پرسشنامه رضایت مندی اعضای خانواده بیماران بزرگسال بستری در بخش های مراقبت ویژه با سه زیر مقیاس رضایت از عملکرد کارکنان درمانی، راحتی و تصمیم گیری بود. برای توصیف داده ها از میانگین، انحراف معیار، واریانس و درصد فراوانی توسط نرم افزار spss نسخه 16 استفاده شد.</p> <p><strong>یافته ها: </strong>میانگین سنی افراد شرکت کننده 10/76&plusmn;36/13 بدست آمد. میزان پاسخ دهی به پرسشنامه 82% تعیین شد. بیشترین رضایت مندی به ترتیب مربوط به &laquo; زمان کافی برای فکر کردن در مورد اطلاعات ارائه شده در مورد مشارکت در تصمیم گیری برای بیمار&raquo; با کسب میانگین و انحراف معیار 46/04&plusmn;69/66، &laquo; رضایت مندی کلی از تجربه در بخش های مراقبت ویژه&raquo; (62/75&plusmn;22/29)، و کمترین رضایت مندی به ترتیب مربوط به &laquo;میزان مشارکت در روند تصمیم گیری&raquo; (41/75&plusmn;30/88)، &laquo;مشارکت در روند مراقبت از بیمار&raquo; (42/91&plusmn;30/83) تعیین شد. رضایت مندی کلی با پرسش در سه گویه تعیین شد، امتیازات این گویه ها به ترتیب 22/29&plusmn;75/62، 16/24&plusmn;58/57، 49/24&plusmn;83/53 به دست آمد.</p> <p><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> رضایت مندی خانواده یکی از ابزارهای مهم بررسی کیفیت مراقبت در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه است. کمترین امتیاز رضایت مندی مربوط به مشارکت در روند مراقبت از بیمار و میزان مشارکت در روند تصمیم گیری بود که بیانگر لزوم مداخلات مناسب به منظور ارتقای کیفیت خدمات در این بخش ها می باشد.</p> <p>Abstract Introduction: Family satisfaction is the reflection of needs and expectations made by family members of the patient admitted in ICU by the individuals who take care after the professional health. Measuring the satisfaction levels of family members of the patients admitted, is in a sense, one of the components of measuring the quality of taking care after patients and will improve the analysis of the existing situation and basic measures in promoting this dimension of taking care after the patients. Material and Methods: The present article is the result of a descriptive study in the intensive care units in 5 selected military hospitals in Tehran. In this research, a 30-item questionnaire in Persian on satisfaction of family members of patients admitted in intensive care units with three sub-scales of satisfaction of the performance of treatment staffs, comfort and decision making was used. For description of data were used mean, variance, standard deviation and frequency that calculated with SPSS16. Results: The average age of the participating individuals was 36/13&plusmn; 10/76.Responding rate was 82%.The most scores of satisfaction was related to the item of &laquo;Enough time to think about the information provided about the patient&rsquo;s with an average and standard deviation 69/66&plusmn;46/04, General satisfaction with the experience in ICU&rdquo;, (62/75&plusmn;22/29) and the least scores of satisfactions was related to the &ldquo; rate of participation in decision making trend: &rdquo; (41/75 &plusmn; 30/88) , and &ldquo; participation in the trend of care after the patient&rdquo; (42/91&plusmn;30/83).General satisfaction with decision making, care and satisfaction with the intensive care units were determined in three items. The average and standard deviations of the scores of these items were 62/75&plusmn; 22/, 57/58&plusmn; 24/16, 2953/83 &plusmn; 24/49. Discussion and Conclusion: Family satisfaction is one of the important tools to study the quality of care in the intensive care units. The least score gained in satisfaction was related to the participation in the trend of care after the patient, the rate of participation in the decision making trend.
