fa مقایسه تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر سخنرانی و بسته آموزشی مدیریت بحران در حملات بیولوژیک بر آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آجا The Comparison Effect of Lecture-Based Education and Education Package in Biologic Attack Crisis Management on Nurses’ Knowledge and Attitude in Hospitals Affiliated to Aja University of Medical Science سلامت در بلایا و فوریت ها Health in disasters and emergencies پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر چشمگیر بلایا بر بهداشت، سلامت و رفاه عمومی جامعه، مدیریت بحران بلایا و لزوماً آموزش آن به کارکنان بهداشت و درمان در مورد حملات بیولوژیک، علائم و عوارض ناشی از آن، مهم‌ترین مسئله‌ای است که همواره باید مورد توجه مسئولین قرار گیرد. هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه تأثیر آموزش به روش سخنرانی و بسته آموزشی مدیریت بحران در حملات بیولوژیک بر میزان آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مقاله حاصل یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای از نوع نیمه تجربی است. شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش 60 نفر از پرستاران دو بیمارستان نظامی شهر تهران بودند که به روش تصادفی به دو گروه آموزش مبتنی بر سخنرانی و بسته‌ی آموزشی تقسیم شده و تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. از هر دو گروه، پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و آزمون یادآوری به عمل آمد و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و آزمون‌های آماری‌‌ فیشر، تی مستقل و آنوا انجام شد. سطح معناداری کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در مقایسه نمرات آگاهی پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون (3 روز بعد از مداخله) بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05‌P>) ولی میانگین نمرات آگاهی آزمون یادآوری (4 هفته پس از مداخله) در گروه سخنرانی 2/27±7 بالاتر از گروه بسته‌ آموزشی بود (0/001‌P<). میانگین نمرات نگرش پس‌آزمون (3 روز بعد از مداخله) در گروه سخنرانی 2/12±58/2 بالاتر از گروه بسته‌ی ‌آموزشی بود (0/05‌P<) ولی مقایسه نمرات نگرش در آزمون یادآوری (4 هفته پس از مداخله) بین دو گروه آموزشی، تفاوت آماری معناداری نشان نداد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که به ‌طور کلی مداخله آموزشی بر ارتقاء میزان آگاهی و نگرش تأثیرگذار بوده است و به‌طور معناداری باعث افزایش سطح آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران شده است. در مقایسه کلی دو روش آموزشی، مشخص شد روند تغییر نمرات آگاهی و نگرش در گروه سخنرانی به صورت معناداری بالاتر از گروه بسته‌ی آموزشی می‌باشد. لذا، بر اساس مطالعه حاضر، تأثیرگذاری آموزش مبتنی بر سخنرانی بر افزایش سطح آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران، بیشتر از ارائه بسته‌ی آموزشی است.</div> Introduction: Considering the significant impact of disasters on public health, well-being and public welfare, disaster crisis management and “educating staff in the face of biological attacks, their symptoms and complications” needs to be considered. Objective: The present study aimed to compare the effect of lecture training and crisis management training on nurses’ knowledge and attitude in the face of biological attacks. Materials and Methods: The present study is quasi-experimental intervention study. A total of 60 nurses from two military hospitals in Tehran, who were randomly divided into two groups based on lectures and training packages, participated in the present study. Both groups underwent pre-test, post-test, and reminder tests ,and data were analyzed Fisher’s exact test, independent t-test and ANOVA (SPSS 20). Significance level was considered less than 0.05. Results: There was no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test knowledge scores (3 days after the intervention) (P> 0.05) in both groups, but the mean knowledge scores of the reminder test (4 weeks after the intervention) in the lecture group (7.2 ± 2.27 )was higher than the that of educational package group (P<0.001). The mean scores of post-test attitude (3 days after the intervention) in the lecture group (58.2 ± 2.12) were higher than those of the educational package group (P<0.05), but the comparison of attitude scores in the reminder test (4 weeks later) the intervention did not show a statistically significant difference between the two educational groups.
