fa بررسی آمادگی پرستاران نظامی در حیطه سامانه فرماندهی حادثه در پاندمی کووید-19 سلامت در بلایا و فوریت ها Health in disasters and emergencies پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">مقدمه:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> پرستاران نظامی در خط مقدم پاسخ به بلایا قرار دارند. </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">سامانه فرماندهی حادثه، سامانه ای مدیریتی است که به منظور کنترل و کاهش آسیب ناشی از حادثه به کارگیری می‌شود. </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">آمادگی پرستاران&nbsp; نظامی در حیطه سامانه فرماندهی حادثه در پاندمی کووید -19 &nbsp;می‌تواند بر عملکرد آنان در فاز پاسخ موثر باشد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان آمادگی پرستاران بیمارستان های منتخب نظامی در حیطه سامانه فرماندهی حادثه در مدیریت پاندمی کووید-19 انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">مواد و روش ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 308 پرستار نظامی به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی سهمیه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ارزیابی آمادگی پرستاران در پاسخ به پاندمی کووید-19 بود. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌ها با نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt">SPSS</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> نسخه 23 مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفته</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">سطح معنی داری آماری</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">&nbsp;0/05</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"><</span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt">P</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> در نظر گرفته شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> بیشترین پرستاران مشارکت کننده در این پژوهش مرد و در رده سنی 20-30 سال بودند (به ترتیب&nbsp; 57/5 درصد و 50/3 درصد). اکثریت شرکت کنندگان در این مطالعه دارای تحصیلات کارشناسی بودند (8/94 درصد). میانگین نمره کسب شده 10/62</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> 24/95 و ضعیف بود. آمادگی مردان و زنان پرستار به ترتیب 10/05</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">26/70</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> و </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">10/95</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">22/59</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">بود که آزمون </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt">تی&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> با </span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:14.0pt">0/05</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"> P</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> تفاوت معنا داری آماری آن را نشان داد</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">. </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">نتایج آزمون آنوا اختلاف معنی داری میان آمادگی پرستاران بیمارستان های مختلف نشان داد. بین آمادگی و سایر مشخصات دموگرافیک ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">&nbsp;نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">: نتایج نشان داد آمادگی پرستاران در حیطه فرماندهی حادثه مطلوب نبود. لذا، لازم است از راهکارهایی مانند طراحی سامانه‌های متناسب با نوع بلایا و آموزش بهره جسته و ارتقا آمادگی در حیطه فرماندهی حادثه از اولویت‌های بیمارستان‌های نظامی قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Military nurses are at the frontline of responding to disasters. An incidentcommand system is a managerial structure that is used to control and reduce disaster risk. Military nurse&#39;s preparedness in the ICS area during the COVID19pandemic could affect their performance in the response phase. <strong>Objective:</strong> the aim of this study was to evaluate nurses&rsquo; readiness in selected Military hospitals in the field of accident command system to manage the COVID-19 pandemic.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 308 military nurses were selected by quota random sampling. The data collection tool was nurses&#39; readiness assessment questionnaire in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS Software version 23. The statistical significance level was considered P <0.05.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Most participants were male and in the age range of 20-30 years (57.5% and 50.3%, respectively). The majority of participants had a bachelor&#39;s degree (94.8%). The mean score of the total participants was 10.62 &plusmn; 24.95 that demonstrates a low level of preparedness among the study population. The accident command system readiness scores was significantly different between male and female nurses. The readiness scores of male and female nurses was 26.70 &plusmn;10.05 and 22.59&plusmn; 10.95 &plusmn; 10.05, respectively. T-test with P = 0.001 showed a statistically significant difference. ANOVA test showed a significant difference between nurses&#39; preparedness in different hospitals. No relationship was found between readiness and other demographic characteristics.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Military hospital nurses did not have sufficient preparation in the field of incident command systems; therefore, it is better to apply appropriate measures such as designing disaster-specific systems and training.
