fa بررسی اثر درپ‌های استریل یکبار مصرف بر زمان ترمیم و عفونت زخم‌های محل‌دهنده پوست با ضخامت پارشیال در بیماران دچار ضایعات سوختگی در بیمارستان منتخب نظامی Effect of Disposable Sterile Drapes on the Healing Time and Infection of Partial-Thickness Skin Donor Sites in Patients with burn Lesions in Selected Military Hospitals تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: سوختگی یکی از شایع‌ترین مشکلاتی است که نیاز به پیوند پوست دارد. محل‌دهنده پوست همیشه یک وضعیت سخت و دشوار برای بیمار و تیم درمان بوده است. یک پانسمان مناسب به ترمیم زخم و رهایی از بسیاری از مشکلات و شکایات بیمار مثل درد یا عفونت کمک می‌کند. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثر درپ‌های استریل یک‌بار مصرف بر زمان ترمیم و عفونت در زخم‌های محل‌دهنده با ضخامت پارشیال در بیماران سوختگی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این کارآزمایی بالینی تک گروهه پیش آزمون-پس آزمون که در سال 1400-1399 انجام شد، 38 بیمار سوختگی به روش هدفمند و با رضایت آگاهانه وارد مطالعه شدند. یک یا دو ناحیه برداشت پوست در یک اندام به دو قسمت مساوی تقسیم شد که در قسمت مداخله درپ استریل روی گاز وازلینه و پماد آنتی‌بیوتیک و در قسمت کنترل گاز وازلینه و پماد آنتی‌بیوتیک گذاشته شد. در روزهای سوم، هفتم، نهم، یازدهم، سیزدهم، پانزدهم، هفدهم، نوزدهم و بیست و یکم وضعیت پانسمان از نظر متغیرها بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که زخم سوختگی در محل مداخله (3/30±14/84 روز) زودتر از محل کنترل (3/09±17 روز) ترمیم یافت (0/005‌P=). سریع‌ترین زمان ترمیم کامل در ناحیه مداخله مربوط به روز نهم و سریع‌ترین زمان ترمیم کامل در ناحیه کنترل در روز سیزدهم بود. همچنین، در هر دو قسمت مداخله و کنترل عفونت یا عارضه جانبی دیگری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: درپ‌های استریل یک‌بار مصرف که بر روی گاز وازلینه استفاده شده است در مقایسه با گاز وازلینه‌ای که به تنهایی بر محل‌دهنده پوست، باعث کاهش زمان ترمیم در زخم‌های محل‌دهنده با ضخامت پارشیال می‌شوند. استفاده از این پانسمان‌های ارزان و احتمالاً بدون عارضه جهت بیماران دچار ضایعات سوختگی توصیه می‌شود. همچنین، انجام مطالعات بیشتر جهت مقایسه این نوع درپ‌های با سایر پانسمان‌ها توصیه می‌شود.  </div> <h4 style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Burns are among the most common problems that require a skin graft. The skin donor site has always been a difficult situation for both the patient and the treatment team. A proper dressing helps heal the wound and relieve numerous problems and complaints, such as pain or infection. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of disposable sterile drapes on healing time and infection in partial-thickness donor sites in burn patients. Materials and Methods: This one-group pretest-posttest clinical trial was conducted on burn patients (n=38) in 2020-2021. The samples were enrolled using a purposive sampling method and with informed consent. One or two skin removal areas on one limb area were placed on Vaseline gas and antibiotic ointment in the sterile drape intervention section and on Vaseline gas and antibiotic ointment in the control section. On the third, seventh, ninth, eleventh, thirteenth, fifteenth, seventeenth, nineteenth, and twenty-first days, the dressing condition was checked for variables. Results: The results of the independent t-test showed that the burn wound healed earlier in the intervention section (14.84±3.30 days) than in the control section (17±3.09 days) (P=0.005). The earliest times for complete healing in the intervention and control sections were found on the ninth and thirteenth days, respectively. Moreover, no infection or other side effects were seen in either the intervention or control sections. Conclusion: Disposable sterile drapes used on Vaseline gas reduced the healing time of partial-thickness donor wounds compared to Vaseline gas applied to the skin site alone. The use of these cheap and probably complication-free dressings is recommended for burn patients.
