fa بررسی علل مرگ و میر کودکان 59-1 ماهه شهرستان نیشابور طی سال‌های 98-94 Causes of Death in Children Aged 1-59 Months in Neyshabur City from 2015 to 2019 آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت Health education and health promotion پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify">مقدمه: یکی از شاخص‌های مهم توسعه سلامت، میزان مرگ و میر کودکان زیر 5 سال است. بررسی مرگ و میر کودکان به منظور شناسایی علل بروز و طراحی مداخلات پیشگیرانه از وقوع مرگ‌های مشابه ازجمله مهمترین راهکارها برای ارتقاء سلامت کودکان است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین علل مرگ کودکان 59-1 ماهه طی سال‌های 1398- 1394 در جمعیت تحت پوشش دانشکده علوم پزشکی نیشابور انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی حاضر اطلاعات پرونده مرگ و میر 112 کودک 59-1 ماهه در دانشکده علوم پزشکی نیشابور از سال 94 تا 98 بررسی شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز از فرم‌های نظام مراقبت مرگ و میر کودکان 59-1 ماهه وزارت بهداشت استخراج گردید. آنالیز داده‌ها با کمک روش‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در سطح معنی‌دار 0/05 با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میزان مرگ و میر کودکان 59-1 ماهه در بازه زمانی مطالعه 2/4 درصد افزایش داشته است. علل اصلی مرگ و میر به ترتیب شامل: ناهنجاری مادرزادی (32/14 درصد)، بیماری‌های سیستم تنفسی و بیماری‌های مزمن (16/96 درصد)، سوانح و حوادث غیر ترافیکی (12/5 درصد) و سوانح و حوادث ترافیکی (9/8 درصد) بودند. بین مرگ در اثر حوادث (ترافیکی و غیرترافیکی) و سن کودک در زمان فوت ارتباط آماری معناداری وجود داشت (0/05 >P). نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی و کروموزومی اصلی‌ترین علت مرگ کودکان در این مطالعه است به نظر می‌رسد با اجرای برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای مانند مشاوره‌های ژنتیک قبل از ازدواج و اجرای غربالگری‌های دوران بارداری، بخش عمده‌ای از این مرگ و میرها قابل پیشگیری باشند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The mortality rate of children under 5 years is one of the important indicators of health development. Investigating child mortality to identify the causes and design preventable interventions for similar deaths is one of the most important strategies to promote children's health. Objective: This study aimed to determine the causes of death of children aged 1-59 months covered by the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Neishabur, Neyshabur, Iran, from 2015-2019. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, we analyzed the data of the death files of 112 children aged 1-59 months in Neyshabur from 2015-2019. Required data were extracted from registration forms of the Child Health Office of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran. Data analyses were performed in SPSS-21 software by descriptive and analytical statistics at a significant level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that the mortality rate of children increased by 2.4% during the study period. The main causes of death in children were congenital anomalies (32.14%), respiratory system diseases and chronic diseases (16.96%), non-traffic accidents (12.5%), and road traffic accidents (9.8%) in descending order. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between children's age and their death due to road traffic accidents and non-traffic accidents (P<0.05).
