style="font-size:12.0pt">مقدمه:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> استقرار نظامیان در عملیات نظامی افغانستان و عراق، در ابتلای آن‌ها به انواع بیماری‌های روانی، عفونی، تنفسی و اسکلتی عضلانی و نیز در میزان خودکشی و سوء مصرف الکل و مواد مخدر تأثیر زیادی دارد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">هدف</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> هدف از این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت سلامت و بهداشت عمومی نیروهای نظامی مستقر در افغانستان و عراق به منظور ایجاد درس آموخته‌هایی برای ارتقای سلامت مستشاران نظامی ایرانی می‌باشد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> این مطالعه از نوع مرور روایتی است و وضعیت سلامت نظامیان مستقر در کشورهای عراق و افغانستان را مرور می‌نماید. برای انجام این مطالعه بدون اعمال محدودیت زمانی و به زبان انگلیسی از داده پایگاه‌های</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">PubMed </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">،</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">Web of Science </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;و همچنین موتور جستجوگر </span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">Google Scholar</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">استفاده گردید. جستجوی مقالات در این پایگاه‌ها با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">Iraq War, Afghanistan War, Military Health</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> صورت پذیرفت. تعداد کل مقالات جستجو شده 4610</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">مقاله بود که در نهایت تعداد 33 مقاله با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج مقاله انتخاب شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> مطابق یافته‌های این مطالعات، نظامیانی که پس از اعزام به عراق و افغانستان باز می‌گردند در معرض طیف گسترده‌ای از مشکلات جسمانی و روانی شامل بیماری‌های تنفسی و عفونی، اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی، اختلال در عملکرد جسمانی، ضربه مغزی، اختلال استرس پس از حادثه (</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">PTSD:Post-Ttaumatic Stress Disorder</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">)، سوء مصرف الکل و مواد مخدر، افزایش نرخ خودکشی، اختلال در خواب و افزایش انجام جرائم خشونت‌آمیز هستند، حمایت اجتماعی، مقابله و انعطاف‌پذیری روانی، تأثیرات غیرمستقیم قابل‌توجهی بر </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">PTSD</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> و افسردگی نظامیان خواهند داشت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> پیچیدگی و گستردگی خطرات سلامتی در نظامیان مستقر در عملیات نظامی عراق و افغانستان، نگرانی را نسبت به پیامدهای بهداشتی در آینده افزایش می‌دهد. شناسایی نظامیان در معرض خطر و اقدامات درمانی برای افزایش تاب‌آوری، از موارد مهمی times="">Objective:</span></span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The present study aimed to investigate the health status of the military forces deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq So to improve the health of Iranian military advisors.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials and Methods:</span></span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> This narrative review study reviewed the health status of troops deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. PubMed, Web of Science databases, and also Google Scholar Search Engine were used for this study without time limitation in English. The desired articles were searched in these databases using the keywords Iraq war, Afghanistan war, and Military health. A total of 4, 610 articles were retrived, and finally 33 articles were selected according to the various criteria of inclusion and exclusion of articles.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> According to the findings of these studies, soldiers who return after deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan are exposed to a wide range of physical and mental problems, including respiratory and infectious diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, physical dysfunction, traumatic Brain, and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), alcohol and drug abuse, increase in the suicide rate, sleep disorder, and increase in violent crimes, Social support, coping, and psychological resilience will have significant indirect effects on PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorders) and depression.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <pre> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span courier="" new="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion:</span></span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> As evidenced by the obtained results, the complexity and extent of the health risks in the soldiers stationed in military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan increases the concern about the health consequences in the future.
