fa تأثیر پانسمان پلی یورتان حاوی ذرات نقره بر روند بهبودی زخم پای دیابتی در بیماران بستری در یک بیمارستان منتخب نظامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> دیابت و عوارض آن از مهم ترین مسائل بهداشتی و درمانی در جهان محسوب می شود که بار اقتصادی بالایی را به جامعه وارد&nbsp;می کند، از این رو اقدامات مؤثر جهت بهبود زخ مهای دیابتی از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است.<br> <strong>هدف:</strong> این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر پانسمان پلی یورتان حاوی ذرات نقره بر روند بهبودی زخم پای دیابتی در بیماران بستری در&nbsp;بیمارستان شهید دکتر چمران انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده بود که بر روی بیماران مبتلا به زخم پای دیابتی مراجعه کننده&nbsp;به بخش کلینیک زخم بیمارستان نظامی شهید دکتر چمران شهر تهران در سال 1401-1400 انجام شد. تعداد 48 بیمار واجد شرایط، با کسب رضایت آگاهانه و به روش در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی بلوکی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. در گروه&nbsp;مداخله پانسمان فوم پلی یورتان حاوی ذرات نقره برای زخم دیابتی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و در گروه کنترل پانسمان روتین استریل&nbsp;ساده برای پانسمان به کار رفت. اندازه، عمق و میزان ترشحات زخم در روزهای اول، هفتم، چهاردهم و بیست و یکم از شروع پانسمان&nbsp;در هر دو گروه بررسی شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و چک لیست ارزیابی زخم بیتس جنسون استفاده شد.<br> داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ی 21 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> روند ارزیابی زخم قبل از مداخله در دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری نداشت (0/418=P)؛ اما در بعد از مداخله تغییر یافت (0/02=P) و&nbsp;شدت زخم قبل از مداخله در دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری نداشت (0/231=P)؛ اما در بعد از مداخله تغییر یافت&nbsp;(0/049=P).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>انجام پانسمان پلی یورتان حاوی ذرات نقره بر روند بهبودی زخم دیابتی بیماران نسبت به پانسمان استریل ساده مؤثرتر بود،&nbsp;لذا، توصیه می شود پرستاران برای درمان سریع تر زخم پای دیابتی در کنار پانسمان های استریل ساده از پانسمان فوق استفاده نمایند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Diabetes and the wounds caused by it are considered to be one of&nbsp;the most important health and treatment issues in the world, which impose a high&nbsp;economic burden on the society, therefore, effective measures to heal diabetic wounds&nbsp;are of great importance.<br> <strong>Objective: </strong>The aim of this study was determining the effect of Polyurethane contains&nbsp;silver particles dressing on the healing process in diabetic foot ulcers in patients&nbsp;admitted to Shahid Dr. Chamran Hospital.<br> <strong>Material and Methods:</strong> This study was a randomized clinical trial that was conducted&nbsp;on patients with diabetic foot ulcers who referred to the wound clinic department of&nbsp;Shahid Dr. Chamran military Hospital in Tehran in 2021 -2022. A total of 48 eligible&nbsp;patients were selected with informed consent and randomly assigned to the intervention&nbsp;and control groups with block randomization. In the intervention group, polyurethane&nbsp;foam dressing containing silver particles was used for diabetic wounds, and in the&nbsp;control group, routin sterile dressing was used for dressing. The size, depth and degree<br> of infection were checked on the first, seventh, fourteenth and twenty-second days&nbsp;after the start of dressing in both groups. Demographic information form and Bates-Jenson wound assessment checklist were used to collect data. Data were analyzed with&nbsp;SPSS version 21 software and statistical tests using repeated measures, Chi-square,&nbsp;Fisher and independent t -Test.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There was no significant difference in the evaluation process of the wound&nbsp;before the intervention in the two groups (P=0.418). However, there was no change&nbsp;after the intervention (P=0.02). Also the severity of the wound before the intervention&nbsp;was not significantly different in the two groups (P=0.231), but it changed after the&nbsp;intervention (P=0.049).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Polyurethane dressing containing silver particles was more effective on&nbsp;the healing process of diabetic wounds of patients than simple sterile dressing.
