fa تاثیر آموزش الکترونیکی اصول ایمنی بیمار بر میزان فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان نظامی منتخب تهران The Effect of Electronic Training of Patient Safety Principles on the Level of Patient Safety Culture in Nurses Working in a Selected Military Hospital in Tehran آموزش پرستاری Nursing education پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی یکی از ضروریات مهم در راستای مراقبت ایمن در سیستم های بهداشتی درمانی است. هدف:  با توجه به اهمیت ارتقاء ایمنی بیماران، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش الکترونیکی اصول ایمنی بیمار برمیزان فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل دریکی از بیمارستان های نظامی منتخب تهران انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی می باشد که بر روی 60 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان منتخب تهران در سال 1401-1400 انجام شد. پرستاران به روش تصادفی ساده به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل (هر گروه=30 نفر) تخصیص یافتند. قبــل از مداخلــه پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی و پرسشنامه سنجش فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار توســط پرســتاران در دو گــروه آزمون وکنتــرل تکمیــل شد. بعد از برگزاری جلسه حضوری جهت معارفه و بیان اهداف مطالعه، برنامه آموزشی چندرسانه ای در 6 جلسه 2 ساعته در طول مدت 6 هفته در اختیار گروه آزمون قرار گرفت. همچنین امکان پرسش و پاسخ در یک پلتفورم تحت وب برای گروه آزمون فراهم شد. گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای توسط پژوهشگران دریافت نکردند. 14 روز بعد از آموزش، مجدداً پرسشنامه ها توسط پرستاران دو گروه تکمیل شد. یافته ها:  نمره کلی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار درپرستاران دو گروه آزمون (21/20±102/87) و کنترل (21/91±105/5) قبل ازمداخله تفاوت آماری معناداری نداشت (0/638=P)؛  در حالی که بعداز مداخله نمرات گروه آزمون (11/7±183/97) بالاتر از گروه کنترل (21/91±120/40) بود (0/001>P).  همچنین یافته ها نشان داد نمره کلی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران گروه آزمون (0/001>P) و کنترل (0/018=P) بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل آن افزایش معنی داری داشت. نتیجه گیری: اجرای برنامه آموزش الکترونیکی اصول ایمنی بیمار موجب افزایش فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در  پرستاران می شود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می گردد برنامه ریزانو مسؤولین از این روش آموزشی در خصوص ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی بهره ببرند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction:Improving the safety culture is one of the important requirements for safe care in healthcare systems.Considering the importance of improving safety, this study was conducted with the aim of the effect of electronic training on patient safety principles on patient safety culture by nurses in one of the selected military hospitals in Tehran. Methods:The present study is a randomized clinical trial that was conducted on60 nurses working in a selected hospital in Tehran in 2021-2022. Nurses were assigned to two test and control groups(each group=30people)by simple random method Before the intervention, personal information questionnaire and patient safety culture assessment questionnaire were completed by nurses in both test and control groups. After holding a face-to-face meeting to introduce and explain the objectives of the study, the multimedia educational program was given to the test group in six two-hour sessions over a period of 6weeks.Also,the test group was provided with the possibility of questioning and answering on a web platform.The control group did not receive any intervention by the researchers.14 days after the training, the questionnaires were completed again by the nurses of the two groups. Results:The overall score of patient safety culture in the nurses of the two test groups (102.87±21.20)and control (105.5±21.91) before the intervention had no statistically significant difference(P=0.638);While after the intervention, the scores of the test group (183.97±11.7)were higher than the control group(120.40±21.91)(P<0.001).Also, the findings showed that the general score of patient safety culture in the nurses of the test group(P<0.001)and control(P=0.018)increased significantly after the intervention compared to before. Conclusion:The implementation of the electronic training program of patient safety principles increases the patient safety culture among nurses.
