fa بررسی همبستگی بین مهارت های مدیریت زمان با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان کارشناسی اتاق عمل و هوشبری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مشهد عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>مدیریت زمان یکی از مهم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ترین مهارت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها در فعالیت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های یادگیری است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین مهارت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مدیریت زمان و پیشرفت تحصیلی در دانشجویان هوشبری و اتاق عمل است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> این یک مطالعه توصیفی است که بر روی 187 نفر از دانشجویان رشته<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های اتاق عمل و هوشبری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی مشهد در سال <span dir="LTR">‌</span>1393-1392 انجام شد. واحدهای مورد پژوهش به روش تصادفی خوشه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ای انتخاب گردیدند. تمام دانشجویان پرسشنامه مدیریت زمان شامل 66 سؤال را تکمیل نمودند. سپس ارتباط بین مهارت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مدیریت زمان و میانگین تحصیلی دانشجویان بررسی گردید. داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی مستقل و با نرم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">spss</span> نسخه 16 تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> تحلیل داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها نشان می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهد که رابطه معناداری بین مهارت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مدیریت زمان و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان وجود ندارد (528/<span dir="LTR">p= 0</span>). همچنین آزمون تی مستقل تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین نمره مدیریت زمان در بین دو گروه دانشجویان دختر و پسر نشان نداد (245/<span dir="LTR">p= 0</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>گیری:</strong> با وجود آنکه در این مطالعه پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان تحت تأثیر مهارت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مدیریت زمان قرار نگرفته است، اما برگزاری کارگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آموزشی مدیریت زمان برای ارتقاء دانشجویان توصیه می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گردد. زیرا مهارت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مدیریت زمان در عملکرد تحصیلی بسیار مهم است.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Introduction: </strong>Time management is one of the most important skills in learning activities. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation time management skills and academic achievement in anesthesiology and operating room students.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Material and Methods: </strong>This is a descriptive study on 187 anesthesiology and operating room students that were selected cluster randomly. All students completed time management questionnaire with 66 questions. The relationship between skills of time management and mean score of students assessed. In order to analysis data, descriptive statistics including Pearson&rsquo;s correlation coefficient, independent t-test were used, with using SPSS version 19 software.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Results: </strong>Analysis of data showed there wasn&rsquo;t any correlation between time management skills and academic achievement (p=0.528). Independent t-test showed there was no significant difference between mean scores of time management among male and female students too (p=0.245).</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Discussion and Conclusion: </strong>Although this study showed that academic achievement not been affected by time management skills of students, it is recommended for time management training and workshops be conducted for students to improve their skills.
