بررسی تأثیر آموزش همسالان مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی ‌شده بر بهبود رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامت دهان و دندان در دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی مناطق روستایی تربت جام

مقدمه: دهان و دندان سالم از معیارهای اصلی سنجش سلامت افراد جامعه به حساب میآید. آموزش بهداشت از بهترین راهها برای تأمین سلامت افراد جامعه است.
هدف: هدف این مطالعه تعیین تأثیر آموزش همسالان بر بهبود رفتارهای مربوط به سلامت دهان و دندان مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامهریزی شده در دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی مناطق روستایی تربت جام بود.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 98 نفر دانشآموز پایه چهارم و پنجم دبستان منطقه روستایی تربت جام در سال 1398 با نمونهگیری چند مرحلهای انتخاب و به تصادف به دو گروه کنترل و آزمون تخصیص یافتند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه روا و پایا شده پیمان و همکاران بود که توسط دانش آموزان در سه مقطع زمانی قبل، بلافاصله و سه ماه بعد از مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامهریزی تکمیل گردید. جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای کای دو، من ویتنی، ویلکاکسون و جهت مدلبندی دادهها از مدل GEE (Generalized Estimating Equation) استفاده شد. کلیه تحلیلها در سطح خطای 0/05 و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 20 انجام شد.
یافتهها: در گروه آزمون، میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره نگرش از 3/59±21/59 به 1/36±28/93، هنجار انتزاعی از 1/60±12/55 به 1/51±13/93، کنترل رفتاری درک شده از 2/87±13/65 به 1/65±19/44، قصد رفتار از 3/04±14/69 به 38/1±19/69 و رفتار استفاده از مسواک و نخ دندان 1/94±8/40 به 0/84±11/48 بعد از انجام مداخله تغییر کرده است، میانگین نمرات تمام سازهها در گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه کنترل پس از مداخله به طور معنیداری افزایش یافته بود در حالی که این تغییرات در گروه کنترل مشاهده نشد (0/001P<).
بحث و نتیجهگیری: در دانش آموزان، آموزش از طریق همسالان مبتنی بر تئوری رفتار برنامهریزی شده میتواند منجر به ایجاد رفتارهای مطلوب و اصلاح عادات رفتاری غلط در زمینه سلامت دهان و دندان گردد.
