پی شبینی ولع غذا براساس حیطه های ناسازگار شخصیت با نقش میانجی راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان

مقدمه: چاقی و اضافه وزن یکی از عمده ترین معضلات قرن حاضر در حوزه سلامت عمومی به حساب می آید.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی ولع غذا بر اساس حیطه های ناسازگار شخصیت با نقش میانجی راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان انجام شد.
مواد و رو ش ها: روش پژوهش از نوع مطالعات توصیفی- همبستگی (تحلیل مسیر) بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی دانشجویان مؤسسه آموزش عالی آمل در سال تحصیلی 98 - 1397 ، تشکیل داد. تعداد 189 نفر از دانشجویان به عنوان نمونه مورد نظر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به پرسشنامه ولع غذا، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (فرم کوتاه) و نسخه کوتاه پرسشنامه شخصیت (DSM-5) (PID-5) پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر مبتنی بر رگرسیون استفاده شد.
یافته ها: متغیرهای مستقل عاطفه منفی با متغیر وابسته ولع غذا (207/r=0)، خصومت با ولع غذا (234/r=0)، مهارگسستگی با ولع غذا (288/r=0)، روان پریش گرایی با ولع غذا (267/r=0) و متغیرهای مستقل عاطفه منفی با متغیر میانجی راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی (350/r=0)، گسستگی با راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی (217/r=0)، مهارگسستگی با راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی (221/r=0)، روان پریش گرایی با راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی (0/172=r) و متغیر میانجی راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی با متغیر وابسته ولع غذا (243/r=0) همبستگی معنادار دارند. از سوی دیگر، صفت مهارگسستگی (027/P=0) علاوه بر اثر مستقیم، به واسطه راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی بر ولع غذا (009/P=0) تأثیر غیر مستقیم دارد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: تنظیم شناختی هیجان منفی در رابطه بین حیطه های ناسازگار شخصیت با ولع غذا نقش واسطه را ایفا م یکند. این نتایج ممکن است نکاتی را برای تعیین اقدامات مؤثرتر برای جلوگیری از اضافه وزن، چاقی یا کم وزن یا مداخله کنترل وزن ارائه دهد.
